Program: Northaven United Methodist Church is planning new worship facilities. The first phase of construction envisions a new sanctuary and support functions. New educational classrooms are also planned for a total of 35,000 square feet.
REVISED Site Plan with Preston Road at the bottom of the illustration.
The following changes have been made to the Site Plan based on neighborhood participation:
Parking in the Front Yard on Preston Road and Northaven has been eliminated.
The facility has been moved from the corner of Preston and Northaven further toward the center of the property.
There is more than 35 feet of landscape buffer between the Preston Road and the parallel driveway.
There is now more than 35 feet of landscape buffer between Northaven Road and the parallel driveway.
A landscaped berm has been added between Northaven and the parallel drive.
The new site plan protects more existing trees.
Additional street trees have been added to the Northaven frontage.
Access to Northaven Road will be restricted during the weekdays to maintain traffic loading on Northaven Road.
